he Phnom Kulen National Park is a national park in Cambodia, located in the Phnom Kulen mountain massif in Siem Reap Province. It was established in 1993 and covers 373.76 km2 (144.31 sq mi). Its official name is Jayavarman-Norodom Phnom Kulen National Park .

The 1000 carved lingas in the “Valley of the Lingas” or “River of the Lingas”, as it's often referred to, are tribute to the Hindu god Shiva.

Phnom Kulen National Park's main attractions are its waterfall, the Thousand Lingas at Kbal Spean and the reclining Buddha of Preah Ang Thom pagoda.
